Body Recall is a program that uses gentle to moderate exercise and movement that is pain-free, practical and possible. It is intended to enhance everyday living for people of any age or ability.

Job Requirements:
Body Recall will provide training and materials for its lifetime fitness instructors.

No previous special training is required, though you will need a current CPR certification.

Must love exercise and be able to encourage and inspire people of all ages and abilities.
